When the “get support” is selected from the drop down of Help, the following error message is shown in the web browser “The webpage “support.emclient.com” cannot be found. DNS error occurred. Server cannot be found. The link may be broken.” This is an error with the new release as provided on December 15, 2012.
This has now be fixed as of this morning. Thanks for the great response!
