Reinstalling failure

After deinstalling and some restore action eM Client failed to reinstall and I received the following message :

System.IO.IOException: Le processus ne peut pas accéder au fichier, car il est utilisé par un autre processus.

à System.IO.__Error.WinIOError(Int32 errorCode, String maybeFullPath)

à System.IO.__Error.WinIOError()

à System.IO.File.InternalMove(String sourceFileName, String destFileName, Boolean checkHost)

à DbRepair.CorruptionChecker.CheckCorruption(RepairOptions repairOptions, CancellationToken token)

à DbRepair.CheckingProcess.Check(CancellationToken token)

Data:

databaseFile: accounts.dat

Hello Michael,

It seems that any other app is accessing the database at the same time. This might be the case of your Antivirus, please try turning it off and see if the error occurs.

But with Antivirus (windows defender) off the result is exactly the same,

Hello Michel,

Could you please send me the logs when the error occurs to [email protected]? You will find the logs in Menu > Tools > Operations. You can mark all rows with CtrlA and copy-paste them to a .txt file.
