Registering a license

I live in Africa and when I try to register a license I get the message “500 - Internal server error”. What must I do? Address: [email protected].

There have being problem with the regional Africa server from day one. Use the US server: http://www.emclient.com/free-license

Tx. I tried this and the system says I already have a license. This would be from when I was looking at eM long ago. I have now reinstalled it and need a license number. How do I get this.
