refuses to run

Been running the free version of emClient for a few weeks on Win7 Home Pro 64 bit, and this evening it refuses to launch.

Try rebooting system.

Yes, that fixes it. But I think I have seen the problem. Emclient continues to run  in the system tray, but not in a usable way (wont open from there but the icon is present). So that would explain why I can;t start it up again, if it is still running. The other really annoying issue is it does not by default download messages. It thinks it is offline when it really isn’t. I have to exit the app and go back in - but then I get this other problem.
