Refund Enquiry Emails

I have sent emails to [email protected] and [email protected] and also logged a support ticket regrading a refund 4 days ago now. but have heard nothing. Would appreciate if someone can advise if this is the best course of action. Waiting over 4 days and still not reply is pretty poor.
