refresh button won't work

Refresh button used to work but now I have to select a particular email address to receive mails.

Any suggestions?

If this is happening since updating eM Client, uninstall that and download 7.2.35595 from the Release History. See if there is any difference.

Thanks for the suggestion. Unfortunately there’s no difference, other than being told there are updates to install!

If you go to Menu > Tools > Accounts , then click on the General tab for your account. Make sure Include when sending/receiving emails is ticked.

The option will include that specific account when Refresh is clicked.

Oh, and you can update again as that was not the cause.
