Does eM Client support automatically redirecting incoming emails (instead of forwarding them) while preserving the original sender, so that replies go to the original sender rather than back to the forwarding account?

Not that I am aware
We do this but at mail server level.
You could try this rule as an experiment though it’s not redirect

from people
forward to people
