eM Client should choose the correct settings though if you add the account using the Automatic Setup.

No the automatic settings for SMTP server are not happening.
What settings do you have, and what is the problem?
For SMTP server I want the settings of Rediffmail
You did not answer my question, but anyway that is something for you to ask Rediffmail, not eM Client.
Get the server address from them, then make sure the port is set to 587 and the security policy is set to Force usage of SSL/TLS
If that is still not working, try disabling your anti-virus/firewall then try again.
