I have a big red cross visible… any idea?

Hi Rudy, what version of eM Client do you have currently installed on your computer, can you please check for the exact version number in Help > About?

Can you also check what version of .NET framework you have installed on your computer and make sure it’s the latest available (4.5.2), you should be able to do so in the list of installed programs in your Control Panel.
