A red box with white 1 in it (suggesting an unsent email) appears to the right of Outbox in Local Folders but there is nothing in the Outbox. How do i get rid of the “1”.
It may be that the message cache is corrupted in some way. Close eM Client and run C:\Program Files (x86)\eM Client\DbRepair.exe.
Thanks for the suggestion Gary, it was the first thing I tried but it didn’t work.
Maybe disable then re-enable conversations in Menu > View > Conversations.
Other than that, I don’t know Stan. If it was in an IMAP or Exchange folder, there would be other options, but Local Folders are usually quite trouble free so not much experience with fixing them.
What version of eM Client are you using?
