Recovery fails

I have 2 Backup files (one week difference) but both can’t be recovered. I get this message.

You can do the restore manually. Extract the zip file to a directory, then in eM Client go to Menu > Tools > Settings > Storage, and select the directory where you extracted the zip file.

Restart eM Client.
