Recipients see my name/email address as: "LS" xxx@xxx.co.za. How do I change the LS?

Recipients see my name/email address as: “LS” xxx@xxx.co.za. How do I change the LS to another name? Tools, Accounts, General, User Information doesn’t work.

Hi Melinda, the User ID is setup under your accounts settings under the User information field, if this field contains different information than what your recipients are seeing, what mail service vendor are you using with eM Client?

What version of eM Client do you have currently installed on your computer, can you please check for the exact version number in Help > About?
