The date of the conversation is the date of the first email received. However, it is more useful for me to know the date of the last email received. Will it be possible to add a column with the date of receipt and another column with the date of the last mail in the conversation?
It shouldn’t be. It should display the time of the last message you received in that conversation.
However, your subsequent replies are not considered for the time.
