Recently installed eM Client on Dell Dimension 9100 running Windows XP .  When I create and save a New Contact I can never find it again.

Hello John, please note that Windows XP is currently an unsupported operating system, eM Client is running on the .NET framework which is using system components in order to work properly. Since Windows XP is not supported by Microsoft it is no longer possible to support these system features thus we’re unable to support queries on these installations.

All other functions seem to work well including Email.  So…  therefore I cannot buy your software is your answer, correct?

Hello John, you can always purchase our product, what I’m suggesting is your system is out of date, and it’s system components are no longer supported. These system components are viable to let any application work properly.
