Received emails does not display category where the sender belongs

Hello, we created few categories for contacts and each category has its own colour. Under contacts, we have a bunch of saved contacts and each contact is assigned to one of those categories. We were expecting that when we receive an email, we will see in column “Category” the category of the sender, but it does not work, this column remains always empty.

Any idea how to fix this?

Unfortunately the two are not connected.

Just because you used a tag on a contact, doesn’t mean that messages from that contact will have the tag. Sorry @nocturnus
