When eM Client is not open and someone sends me a chat, when I open eM Client, the chat does not get imported. Our chat server keeps messages on that server. So, one would think that eM Client could bring in chats that are received when offline or when eM Client is opened, it brings in the chat. Maybe I’m missing a setting?
This is partially working now with eM Client 9.2 and SmarterMail Build 8629.
History shows up but you don’t get a notice when you open eM Client that messages were received while you were away.
