My employer bought ~4K pro perp licences,
but despite having full version i can’t figure out how to circumvent
read_receipt default behavior regarding “from” field
It’s original recipent (in “from” field),
in practice it’s often a group (all secretariats for example),
but user who confirms is logged on diffrent (single)
exchange account (one secretariat not all of them).
That user cannot send on behalf of the group because of permissions so receipts clogs the emclient.
Secretary cannot send emails until all hanging receipts are removed by hand.
How to change that default behavior ?
In my case “from” field in read_receipt should always be that of actual account not original recipent.
