I work a lot without network. I am in IMAP with my work.
When I read and response to an email offline, It become unread when I connect my computer.
With a lot of email, I must read second time all my email to change to “read mail”.
How to conserv the statut or the mail moved in a folder offline ?

unfortunately this setting is not included as it does not make much sense - it is assumed that if you already reply to the message you read it. So it gets marked as read.
You can, however, mark messages as Unread manually (right click>mark as unread) and even do so with a keyboard shortcut (CTRL + U).
