Reactivating the license after replacing the motherboard

After replacing the motherboard (the original one suddenly stopped working) I have to reactivate the license and I get a message that “em client is newer than the license allows” what a nonsense. I bought a yearly license and I have to buy it again. I am asking for a procedure on what to do.

It depends on what license you have. If the license is only for version 9, then you can’t use it with version 10. If you write to me on [email protected] with the license details I can check what type of license you have.

But if your license is only for version 9 or older, you can’t use it with version 10 unless you purchase an upgrade. To go back to and older version, you can follow the downgrade instructions here. To purchase an upgrade to 10, do that here.
