Hello, I have today started seeing part narrative on my left hand pane under the person who has sent me the email. However I only want to see the details of my email in my right hand pane as the left hand pane is supposed to be only my summary. Can anybody let me know how to switch the format back to normal? I have tried everything. Thanks Thelma
