“quick search” on webhelp (http://www.emclient.com/webdocumentat…) doesn’t seemed to work on my IE 10… I click on the “quick search” button after entering text “offline” and nothing happens

unfortunately webhelp is bugged, because it is not our software we can’t do anything about it.
We have plan to switch to another system but I can’t tell you when it will be done.
