If I purchase:

1. Can I use it on both my desktop (PC) and my laptop (Mac) simultaneously?
2. Is there any guarantee that a feature I really need (e.g. keyboard shorctuts for snooze) will be implimented?
3. If there are bugs, is there any guarantee support will fix those bugs?

Can I use it on both my desktop (PC) and my laptop (Mac) simultaneously?

A license is per device. To use it on more than one device, you need more than one license. There is a substantial discount on additional licenses if you purchase them at one time.

No. Feature requests are just that - requests. They may be implemented if it is possible and within the roadmap that we have planned for the application, but there is no guarantee.
