Provider Email Recognized as Business Email

I work for an ISP that provides email for our customers, xxxxxxx@provider.domain. Lately we have residential customers using EMClient that their free license is being deactivated due to being recognized as a business email domain and not a free email. how can this be prevented?

If you believe that your clients to whom you supply FREE email services for solely personal use are having their FREE eMC licences deactivated you should contact sales@emclient.com to discuss the situation.
