Hi all.
Just received a promped to update my Windows version of eM Client to version 9.9 - according to the website this doesn’t exist. Any ideas?
Backup eM Client via “Menu / Backup” and then go to the eM Client version history page and d/l the latest version for Windows 9.0.1361.0. Then close eM Client and install the latest version which will automatically update your current version. If you already have V9.0.1361.0 then ignore the d/l.
This means you have set the update mode to TESTING in the license manager.
Please login to the LM again, and change it back to NORMAL.
