Problems with the license due to violation of license policy...

This news came in overnight. We haven’t changed anything. What can I do? I don’t know. Activated a second license, same error message.

I have the same problem. I’ve installed Em-Client on 2 computers. Also activated with new key and got the same error-massage. What to do?

Same issue here, and this is the second time it happens.

I think they want me to purchase a pro-version of em-client?

Seems unlikely, but if that was the case, just switch to thunderbird.

i’m suspected to use em-client for commercial purpose. They offer me to purchase the pro-version. Very strange policy. I used em-client for nearly 2 years without any problems. So in general Em-client does not allow E-mailaccounts in there program beginning with info@… Thinking of switching to Mozilla Thunderbird.

My lisence does not work .Cant send any e-mail about the problem to you guys because it does not work.

Meaning that you sent an email to Russel Markosky with the details,
but haven’t received an answer?

In a sense I’m not surprised - They are swamped with  requests and problem  reports.
They have a small team and can’t keep up with the volume.

Don’t forget that you’re using the free version, which is in 2nd place to
the paid version, which has a separate channel for Support and gets preference
over the free version.

Hope  you get it sorted soon.
