Problems with automatic sync at startup

Hi,

I’ve created an IMAP account hosted at the German provider Domainfactory. This account is not synced automaticlly at startup even though the options “Syncronize items at startup” and “Include when sending/receiving emails” are checked.

Any suggestions?

Those two settings do not apply to IMAP syncing on start, so that’s not it.

Can you go to Menu > Tools > Operations, and see if there are any errors in the Log tab.
