Problems syncing back emails to Webmail online

I have two email accounts synced with eM Client. The first is a Gmail account, and the syncing works perfectly. When I read or delete a message in eM Client, that change is also reflected when I log into Gmail online. However, my second email account does not sync back. Although my account in eM has about 60 messages, logging into the Webmail portal online showes that I have several hundred messages. When I am reading or deleting messages in eM, that information is not being synced back to the account online. This account is a account. How can I make this account sync?

Does the account use IMAP or POP3 protocol?
