I have downloaded em client onto my PC and a screen called Mega Zipper has appeared with no instructions as to what to do next.
Hi, not completely sure what you’re referring to, what “Mega Zipper”, is that an existing application on your computer?
If you’ve downloaded eM Client installer from our website you should be able to install the application by running the .msi installer downloaded to your download folder.
