Desde el editor de temas configuro distintos aspectos de la grilla de mensajes, como por ejemplo: fondo, fuente, etc. y los guardo luego desde la opción GUARDAR del editor de temas, creándose un archivo con extensión “emtheme”. Ahora cuando cierro la aplicación y la inicio nuevamente toda la configuración guardada desaparece en la grilla de mensajes, es decir vuelve al formato original. Debo abrir el editor de temas e importar el archivo “.emtheme” guardado para restablecer la configuración que había establecido.
Entiendo que este comportamiento no debería presentarse.
1). After creating a theme or customizing an existing Theme in the Theme Editor, Save your Theme in eg: “Documents / eM Client”.
2). Then go to “Menu / Settings / Appearance / Themes” and click “Import Theme” at the bottom. You will then see your imported Custom Theme “at the bottom of Themes”.
3). Click on your Theme and then click “Apply” and “Save & Close” at the top.
4). Then “close and reopen eM Client” and that will then normally show your custom theme.
If you are wanting to modify / customize an existing Theme do the following steps.
1). “First click on your Theme you want to modify”, and “then click the Advanced button” at the bottom. Then click “Save current theme as” and save it in your “Documents / eM Client” folder.
2). Then “open the Theme Editor” and “click Open” to import that saved Theme from your “Documents / eM Client” folder.
3). Then “Modify the Theme” to what you want, and then “Save the Theme” back in your “Documents / eM Client” folder via clicking the dropdown arrow on the right of Save and click “Save As”, and “Overwright your original saved theme” so it has the modified updates.
4). Then “Close the Theme editor” and go to “Menu / Settings / Appearance / Themes” and click “Import Theme” at the bottom. You will then see your imported Modified Custom Theme “at the bottom of Themes”. Then click “Apply” and “Save & Close” and close & reopen eM Client.
Lastly If it still doesn’t work “highlight the Custom Theme” & press “Del key” on your keyboard and delete the Theme. As could be the custom theme you see is an old custom theme.
