Problema com reativação!

Good afternoon, I’m Brazilian. I’m having a problem with the client. It was for my fault … I ended up using the same free license on more than one computer … and now I can not activate with another free license! need help! this software is very good, do not want to stop using!

Have you requested a second license registering with a different email address?  Make sure to deactivate current license first-- menu/help/license/deactivate.  Then activate the new license.

I do not see this option  – menu/help/license/deactivate

Ahh, it looks like eM Client has flagged your account as being in violation of their license policy.  You can contact their sales department and explain your situation.  If they agree, they will reactivate your account.
