we have purchased the em client pro version but my emclient free version is downloaded in laptop and the mails are stopped then how i will get the link for payment option how i will start with the pro version what about the email backup ? Please help
The Free and Pro License versions are the same application. So once you have the Pro License activation key, go to Menu > Help > License and deactivate the Free License. Then click on Activate and enter the Pro License key.

You can backup eM Client by going to Menu > File > Backup. You can also schedule automatic backups in Menu > Tools > Settings > General > Backup. The automatic backups will run even when eM Client is closed.
