How can i solve this step by step pleeeaassee?

Hello Elaine,
there is either a different program altering eM Client database or your computer disk is corrupted.
First, restart your computer.
Then run CheckDisk on your computer disks.
Make sure there is no Antivirus software/Monitoring software scanning your database folder while eM Client is in use. If you are not sure add eM Client to the anticirus’ exceptions/trusted programs.

I did that, and uninstall the program but it seems that the data base folder is still on my computer, how I locate that folder?.
