Problem with updating

hiya! i wanted to upgrade my emclient for a while now but everytime i try to im being stopped with this error message:

i have been using bleachbit and it probably have deleted the file this message is refering to.
how can i safely remove my current instalation with keeping my data safe and update to a new one? is there a place i could fet the missing file from?

i went to get the installer from version history and now it drops showing me this mesage:

Sounds like you have some sort of Windows registry problem. Try running the MS Windows troubleshooting tool. Once completed reboot your computer and try again.

Also suggest to clear your user profile temp folder eg: C:\Users\yourname\AppData\Local\Temp as Windows is bad at house keeping and sometimes old temp files in there can cause problems. You can access that via typing %temp% in the Windows Search field or Start / Run line.

The Windows Installer troubleshooter suite will automatically check and attempt to fix any detected issues that may be preventing you from adding or removing software.
