I have installed the last version of eM Client (V10) 2 days ago.
The loading of my emails from my internet provider to my eM Client is incomplete. I lose a lot of emails who are not loaded.
I would like to know the reasons for this and how to remedy it.

Sounds like your missing emails are in the new V10 Category Tabs like eg: Google do by default in Gmail online where “alot of people want emails separated into various category sections” like Primary, Promotions, Social etc, rather than all together in the One Primary Inbox. See screenshot example below end of post.
So if there is an email in a wrong category, you can either “drag & drop the message onto the right category tab”, or you can “right click the message and click category” and select where you want it to go in future. Either way, you will then get a category change confirmation popup window appear. If you press Yes, that senders email ls will then always go in the category you choose.
Now if you don’t want any email Categories apart from the Primary, just “Right click in a blank area next to a Category” and deselect whatever you don’t want in the Category Tab on the menu
