I have the Android app.
Left panel, emails, right panel, the view.
After a few emails, the view is blank, white. No email content is visible.
I have to close and restart the app to get it working again : it’s very annoying when you receive about fifty emails a day.
Android Samsung S23: Same here. Quite often eMail body only visible after several refreshes and leaving the eMail and returning to it. Restart not necessary.
I don’t personally get that issue on my S22 Ultra.
Sounds like your local app cache might be possibly corrupted and “need clearing”.
Close the mobile app and then go to your Android “Settings / Apps / eM Client / Storage” and clear the app cache. Then reopen the app.
Failing that suggest to try going to “Menu / Settings / Import / Export” and export your current Settings to a file.
Then “close the app” and “clear the data” in the app, and then reopen the app and reimport your Settings via the Import / Export and see if that then fixes it.
Failing that you might need to “completely uninstall and reinstall the app” from the Playstore and then “reimport your Settings” again. You can also signup for the Beta via the Playstore if you want to try the latest build V10.3.2269
