I’m trying eMClient free version.
I have problems with SEUR mails (SEUR is an enterprise like FEDEX or UPS). I’ve activated the IMAP log.
My server, SmarterMail 10, has a filter in order to move SEUR mails to “SEUR folder”.
In eMClient, if I click on “SEUR FOLDER” I get a failure or bad connection, and this is the imap log:

It only happens with SEUR FOLDER, and if I get off the SmarterMail filters, it happens in INBOX folder, so what is the problem with these kind of mails ?
