Problem with Rules - Not able to Add Forwarding Email Addresses

When I try to add an email address to a rule, I get message that forwarding address is not recognized even though Im picking from address book.

That is because you are creating a server Rule. You will need to setup forwarding on the server first, done through webmail. Once the address has been verified, you will be able to create a server Rule in eM Client for that destination address.

Or, you can create a Local Rule instead. Just change the option in the screenshot below before you create the Rule.
