Problem with Invalid Credentials on our email account -

Had to change one of our accounts email passwords (we have 2 accts., the other is fine). Screen box continued to ask for us to enter username and the new PW over and over, which we did. Now, screen box says "Server Says “Authentication Failed - Invalid Credentials”. Tried to troubleshoot credentials, still says invalid. Need to access this email account - is Olivia able to help?  If not, another rep is fine.  Thank you in advance.

Sometimes authentication can fail if the settings are incorrect. Go to Menu > Tools > Accounts and click on the IMAP tab for the problem account. Make sure you have one of the following port/security policy combinations:

Port 993 = Use SSL/TLS on special port (legacy)
Port 143 = Use SSL/TLS if available
