My demo period has expired but when I try to sign in I get this message: “License for this email already exists. Only one free license per email is allowed.” How do I re-activate my free email so I can use my email?
It sounds like maybe you are using the product on more than one computer with the same license. The free license is only valid for one computer. If you want to use it on another computer, you can get an additional license by registering under a different email address.
Thank you for your input, Jay. There’s only one computer involved, but I was unclear about how to register after the 30-day free period expired. Through what seemed like endless research, I was about to find the direction in the “Help” section of eM Client.
