I can’t upgrade to PRO license
I have activation key.
In my previous installation with Windows 7 it worked ok, with the new installation with Windows 10 it does not update me to PRO version.

It is possible that you did not deactivate the license on Windows 7 before trying to activate it on another computer. Either deactivate it on the Windows 7 computer by going to Menu > Help > License > Deactivate, or go to the License Managerand deactivate it there. You will then be able to activate it in Windows 10.
If you don’t have the login credentials, click on the Reset Password link, and they will be sent to your registered email address.
