Problém s odesíláním emailů smtp

Dobrý den, mam nastavený firemní e-mail, smtp ssl 465 nejdou mi odesílat Zprávy. Stejný problém nám i na Gmail 

Hi, what version of eM client are you currently using? What mail service are you using?
Are you using any firewall/proxy/antivirus software on your computer?

Ahoj, mam Verzi 6.0.20648.0. Používám Eset Smart Security 7. Ten problém se projevil ještě před jeho instalací. 

Proxy nepoužívám

Hi again, are you seeing any errors from the application? Can you please go to Tools > Settings > Advanced and turn on IMAP/SMTP and Network connection logging for the problematic account(s), save the settings, restart the application and replicate the issue.
When the issue occurs, go back to the advanced settings window and click on “Send logs” and send the logs to my email “[email protected]”.
