My computer had to be restored to original settings and I readded eM Client. It started another free trial which has expired and now will not accept the key that is sent to me recognizing it as a duplicate. How do I get eM Client back on my computer using the same email address and key?
Hi Christy, when you try to activate eM Client with your old license key, is any error message displayed?
If you have the email containing your licensing information, you should have a login credentials to our licensing system available at http://licensing.emclient.com, included.
In the licensing you should be able to deactivate your previous activation.
