My Incoming Server is POP and outgoing SMTP, the problem we are facing is I am not receiving the mails with attachment more than 1 mb. Let us know is there any limitation of size in receiving and sending the mail in Em Client. Also let me know is there any condition of net speed means if net speed is high then only we can receive the mail.
Hello, not quite sure what you’re referring to, eM Client does not include any limits for download/upload, these limits are always set up by your mail server, make sure your email server can receive larger attachments. Are messages with larger attachments visible in the webmail, but not downloaded into eM Client’s database?
What version of eM Client are you currently using on your computer, can you please check the exact release number in Help > About?
