problem connection to Kerio Connect 8.2

when connecting to Kerio Connect 8.2.0 I can’t see any IMAP-folders or emails; connection via IMAP/SMTP is ok
a new incoming emails shows up for a few seconds in eMClient

Hi, could you be more specific? Are you able to send and receive email with kerio turned off?

When it is turned on what exactly is happening - could you write it to me step by step? Your explanation seems a little bit confusing to me.

The basic problem is, we can’t see any emails or folders when using a Kerio-IMAP-account in eMClient
sending emails via kerio/smtp works fine.

Go to tools - accounts - your account and tell me if you see IMAP tab. If yes then go to tools - settings - advanced, check IMAP under your account, apply and restart eM Client.
Simulate steps that leads to your issue and after that send logs… to galis@emclient.com together with this topic’s URL in subject.

then you can turn logging off.

If you will not see IMAP tab then remove and add your account again.
