How long does it take to get some response from the Pro Support? I posted a question 3 days ago and still have not received anything?
Let’s see, I submitted a ticket on 5/16/2013 and the first response (other than the automated reply) was on 5/20/2013.
Hmmm, not very efficient, I’m already in two minds about keeping the program and that doesn’t add anything the ‘Pro’ side
I can assure you that it usually does not take so long. Our support system was down on Friday and we managed to get to your ticket on Monday. In most of the cases our technicians can get back to you within 12-24 hours but keep in mind that we do not provide 24/7 support so they will not read your tickets at weekends.

from what I can see it still has not been responded to.
