I have a pro license. this morning software asked to update and I accepted. but now it says my license is not valid for this update?
how and why?
if it is not valid why it ask me for udate?
now I want to switchback but there is no easy description anywhere how to do it???
where is the link I can download the newest valid version?
I think this is not the best marketing way for the new version. since morning I can not send any mail?
there should not be an error message like that concerning an update. I think it’s more likely the error message indicating that you have used the same license on more than one devices.
Please disable the license from the device that you are not currently using either in Help > License or through the licensing server at http://licensing.emclient.com/ (must be accessed through IE).
If you believe this is not the case and are using your license on one device only, please attach a screenshot of the error message. Thank you.
sorry olivia no double pc problem, just a simple update this morning
I see, I didn’t know you still used version 5. Strange that the application asked for an update, as v5 did not have any recent updates.
Please uninstall eM Client and run the latest v5 installer - http://www.emclient.com/dist/v5.0.200… (all previous releases of eM Client are always available on our website www.emclient.com/release-history).
