PRO license issue

Hello. I have a PRO license, but recently I changed my pc and now I can’t activate the license using the key I have. When I try to activate it says it has reached maximum of activations. Please help me to solve this issue as soon as possible. Thank you. 

I am not a Pro License user, so can’t test this for you. But because the license is restricted to one computer, maybe if you are still able, you could deactivate it on the old pc before trying to activate it on the new one.

If not, as a Pro user, you can contact support directly and they will advise you further within 24 hours.

You can also go to the licensing server by going to 

https://licensemanager.emclient.com/account/login?returnUrl=

You should be able to deactivate your old computer.

The login information came with your license email.
