Pro Licence Changed Back To Free

I trialled for a month and then decided to purchase the Pro licence. It worked for a couple of weeks before logging on one day and being told ‘eM client licence is restricted to 2 accounts’ I checked my licence in Help > Licence and it is showing as Free. I deactivated it and then re-entered the activation key and it still shows as free, not allowing me to use multiple accounts.

I can’t get round this and need to use all of my emails.

You can login to the license manager using the details sent to you when you purchased the license. This should confirm the correct activation key. Go to
