I have been using em client for over a year and the past few days I have had problems with incoming emails on pop3… I have run diagnostics and fixed it but I still cannot receive emails, the outgoing email works fine… Please help!

Hi David, are you seeing any error messages from the application? What mail service and what version of eM Client are you currently using?
Can you please go to Tools > Settings > Advanced and turn on POP3 logging for the problematic account?

  1. Save the settings
  2. Restart the application
  3. Replicate the issue
    When an error occurs, or you’re certain email was not received, go back to the Advanced settings window and click on “Send Logs” and send the logs to mcgregor@emclient.com, with a reference link to this forum topic.
