Since Monday I have been having a problem with mail loading…called Gtcinternet help and they said my password was corrupted-they changed it and now mail is loading to Mailwasher but not to EM Client. I can reply from Mailwasher only as now SMTP is fine but POP3 is still giving me “login failed” error. I changed password in EM Client but didn’t help. WTH??? Please help!!!
now since changing my pswd in EM Client SMTP is now rejecting also! %#$@!
in this case please send me your POP3 log, Tools - Settings - Advanced, check POP3 under your account, apply and restart.
ok, I set it to generate a log but how and where do I synchronize?
I found the synchronization button in settings-right? Now…second dumb question…where do I find the log to send to you?

synchronization can be done by “send and receive” or by hitting F5
Have you received the POP3 log I sent? Have you had a chance to look at it?
